Q: What is coaching?

A: Coaching is an interactive process that helps individuals to develop skills more rapidly and to achieve pre-defined competencies, producing more satisfying results in their lives. Coaches work with clients in all areas including business, career, communication, gravitas and interpersonal relationship management.

Q: How does it work?

A: At Lumina Coaching, we work with clients in a bespoke, consultative process.

Lumina’s style of coaching fits easily into busy lifestyles. Clients can choose to receive coaching in the workplace or off-site. Each client receives a tailored programme which is agreed in advance. This may take a workshop form followed by individual meetings, or be solely on a one-to-one basis. It is always is designed for your specific needs.

Q: Where do you work?

A: Wherever our clients need us to be. We have worked on projects across Europe, America, and the Middle East. We are flexible and, with the latest in technology, accessible to our clients online and through programmes such as Skype and FaceTime.

Q: Who uses an executive coach?

A: We have worked with many different types of clients, some who have approached us privately and others whom we work with at a corporate level.  Coaching challenges may arise at a corporate or individual level, so please do contact us if you have an enquiry.
