The MBTI instrument is the best known and most trusted personality assessment on the market. MBTI provides a constructive, flexible framework that can be applied to all areas of human interaction and personal development. The MBTI profile reveals how we see and interact with the world, giving insight into our motivation and the motivation of others. This provides a strong foundation for personal growth and development, underpinning enhanced personal effectiveness. It identifies personality type, made up of four basic preferences, and provides a positive framework to explain how we interact with the world and each other. This can be delivered as
- a 1:1 session of two hours’ duration
- a group workshop, for up to 15 individuals. This is very effective for improving teamwork and communications, and for understanding team dynamics.

As executives become more senior, they are less likely to receive constructive performance and strategic feedback. Our bespoke methodology collects and correlates feedback from a number of sources to enable executives to propel their career forwards. Lumina Coaching carries out in-depth meetings with the client to ascertain their current levels of self-awareness, goals and appetite for feedback.
Using a tailored questionnaire we conduct comprehensive interviews with selected peers, bosses, stakeholders, direct reports and clients. Following these interviews, we provide receive confidential, anonymous feedback in a qualitative, succinct report. The executive receives feedback in a face-to-face coaching session, and with the coach’s assistance devises an action plan according to the feedback results. Feedback can act both as a stimulus to change your behaviour, and as a catalyst to facilitate change.
